We offer 3 different payment options so the process is easy and convenient for you:

Cheque or cash
Direct deposit from your bank account
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express for all our products and services. We charge 1% service fee for all credit cards and PayPal. Credit card payment is done online using our secure system developed in conjunction with PayPal. To make the online payment, you will need your Ecruising booking number.
We don’t take credit cards over the phone, if you do not have internet and want to pay by credit card, then you will also need to complete a credit card authorisation form. You can download a copy of our credit card authorisation here
Cash payment may be made in person at our office. If you would prefer to pay by cheque you may do so by post or in person. Please check with your consultant before posting a cheque as most times, money is due to the supplier within 3 days, in this instance, credit card payment is the preferred method.

Please clearly mark it to the attention of your consultant, with your booking number and drivers licence number written on the back of the cheque. Please ensure that the cheque is sent at least 5 working days prior to the due payment date to allow for the clearance of the cheque. Orders paid by personal or company cheque must clear before the order can be sent.
You can transfer your payment directly from your bank account to the ecruising account. If you’re paying by Direct Deposit, please ensure it is done before 4pm EST otherwise we will not receive the next day which could result in your booking being cancelled. Once you have paid, just fax or scan us a copy of the transfer details.
