P&O - New Assurance Policy


New policy for cruises departing June 15 to September 30, 2020



P&O are pleased to announce the launch of P&O Assurance – their new payments and cancellation policy designed to provide you with maximum flexibility in your cruise holiday plans over this period. For any existing or new bookings made on cruises departing between June 15 to September 30, 2020, you can now cancel your booking for any reason up to 48 hours prior to departure and receive a Future Cruise Credit to the value of the original cruise fare paid to P&O, valid for use until 31 December 2021. They have also relaxed their payments policy to defer the final payment date to 30 days prior to departure.

To request cancellation of your booking under P&O Assurance, please contact us during business hours in advance of 48 hours prior to your cruise departure to ensure we can get this processed for you.

P&O are continuing to work closely with public health officials, including the Australian Government Department of Health, the World Health Organisation (WHO) and the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) to devise and implement best practices to protect the health of our guests and crew. These operational protocols are flexible and will proactively update as needed.
