POSH Club - Ecruising Loyalty Program

We understand many cruise fanatics may already have their favourite cruise lanyards. However, if you would like to receive our personalised ecruising.travel lanyard, call us and we'll mail one out to you. Valid for one per guest.

All events are subject to availability and extremely limited. If you are not subscribed to receive our newsletter, you most likely won't receive our invitation for ship inspections or exclusive POSH Club events. All events are first in first serve. Platinum POSH Club members will have 24-hour priority access.

We will do our very best to arrange this dining experience for you onboard, however in the unlikely event the cruise line does not have the option to pre-reserve specialty dining, we will endeavour to have it arranged on your next future booking with ecruising.travel. Minimum spend of $3,000 per person per booking will be eligible.

In addition to fabulous cruise deals and exclusive ecruising.travel offers, we will provide up to AUD $50.00 additional savings towards your booking. Minimum spend of $3,000 per person per booking will be eligible.

Receive up to 5% off your cruise booking in addition to current cruise line offers. To take advantage of this great offer, simply book an international cruise holiday with a minimum spending of $10,000 per person per booking. Not combinable with ecruising.travel's AUD $50 discount stated on point 4. Not applicable to voyages 45 nights or longer. Some additional exclusive ecruising.travel packages are excluded. Discount is applied to package value less any tax portion. Not applicable to any world cruise or world cruise segments. Ask your consultant for full details.

Lifetime recognition may be awarded to members. There are four membership tiers in the POSH Club. The entry tier is Bronze. Members may progress to the higher tiers - Silver, Gold, Platinum by simply doing what they love - cruising! While your status is reset at the start of each new year, we keep a record of all completed cruises since you've first booked with ecruising.travel. To maintain your status book one cruise holiday per calendar year with a minimum spend of $3,000 per person per booking. Otherwise, your membership level will automatically drop back to your prior status with a lifetime status. It's our way of thanking you for your loyalty over the years.

Earn up to AUD $55 in gift vouchers for every new friend you introduce to ecruising.travel. Offer is only available to POSH Club members ("Members") who have previously booked with ecruising.travel, and guests referred by the member who have not previously booked with ecruising.travel ("Friend").

1. How do I refer a Friend or Make a Claim
   1. ("Members") can refer their ("Friend") through 'My Bookings' online under 'My Referrals'
   2. To make a claim ("Members") require the ("Friends") ecruising.travel booking ID. A claim can be made through 'My Bookings' online under 'My Referrals'
2. How to earn up to AUD $55 in gift card(s)
   1. referred friend makes a cruise booking with ecruising.travel to a minimum value of $1,000 per person per booking.
   2. referred friend does not have any past or current bookings in place with ecruising.travel.
   3. each cruise booking ID counts as 1 referral
   4. cancel and rebooked cruise bookings are not eligible
   5. referred friend must be a resident of Australia
   6. there is no limit to the number of friends referred.
3. Claiming gift cards
   1. referred friend booking must be claimed within 30 days of booking date.
   2. all rewards are redeemable after the referred friend has sailed
   3. the referrer will receive an electronic gift voucher from ecruising.travel
   4. gift card value is dependent on the POSH Club status and number of referred guests
   5. gift cards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, redeemed, replaced or refunded
   6. Allow up to 2 weeks after referred friend sailed date
4. Referring your friends
   1. referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes, and only shared with personal connections
   2. we reserve the right to prohibit any specific referral mechanism to be used if we have deemed it inappropriate for the referral program in our sole and absolute discretion.
   3. you must not invite people to register using spam or spamming techniques via unsolicited email, direct mail, newsgroups, message boards, or any other means which is strictly prohibited for the referral programme.
   4. we reserve the right to remove you from participating in this promotion if we determine in our sole and absolute discretion that you have violated any of these restrictions, and at such time you agree that you will forfeit all Referral Bonuses
5. Eligibility
   1. applicable for POSH Club members only
   2. participants of the referral program must be 18 years of age and older
   3. valid for residents of Australia only
   4. cancelled bookings are not eligible for rewards.
   5. excludes special interest or conference groups
   6. you must comply with the referral rules and regulations to earn a reward

As part of our referral programme, Platinum POSH Club members can earn additional referral benefits. Refer more and earn more! This means, 25 new referred bookings within one calendar year and you'll receive a $250 ecruising.travel voucher. In addition to clause 7 to 7.4 the following conditions will apply

1. only applicable to Platinum POSH Club members
2. cruise travel voucher is redeemable after the referred friend has sailed
3. each cruise booking ID counts as 1 referral
4. voucher can only be redeemed at ecruising.travel
5. cruise travel voucher valid for 2 years from issue date; non-transferable and has no cash value.
6. valid to use on voyages 7-nights or longer and limited to one voucher usage per booking only.

All POSH Club benefits have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash/refunds.
