Prices displayed on this website are sourced from live dynamic pricing feeds and may change at any time without notice. While we take reasonable steps to ensure pricing information is accurate and up to date, temporary discrepancies may occur due to caching, system delays, technical issues, or supplier updates.
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD), are based on per person twin-share/double occupancy unless otherwise stated, and include applicable taxes, fees, and discounts at the time of publication. Prices, inclusions, itineraries, and availability are subject to change without notice and may vary due to supplier availability, currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, government taxes, or other operational factors outside our control.
Advertised prices may include bonus nights, upgrades, package savings, promotional offers, or other value-adds where specified. All offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without notice.
Travel packages may consist of multiple products and services supplied by independent airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, and other third-party providers. Each travel component is subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the relevant supplier, including cancellation and amendment conditions.
Airfares, where included, are subject to availability and airline fare rules at the time of booking. Unless otherwise stated, airfares are generally based on economy class travel from the advertised departure city and may be non-refundable and non-changeable. Additional charges may apply for alternative departure cities, fare upgrades, schedule changes, or flexible fare options.
Accommodation providers may charge additional resort fees, city taxes, security deposits, gratuities, or other incidental charges payable directly by the guest upon check-in or check-out, unless expressly stated otherwise.
It is the responsibility of each traveller to ensure they hold a valid passport, visas, travel permits, health documentation, vaccinations, and any other required travel documentation for their journey. Travellers should check all entry requirements with the relevant authorities prior to travel.
To the extent permitted by law, ecruising acts as an agent for third-party travel providers and is not liable for the acts, omissions, errors, delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or service failures of those suppliers. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
Please refer to your booking confirmation and supplier documentation for full terms and conditions applicable to your booking.
